Testimonials

"Debra's Write Through the Middle group identified many of the issues we face in middle age and offered a profound and effective way of addressing them through journal writing. My heart sang with joy as I realized that I am not alone in these challenges, and I felt so at home with the discussions and sharing of ideas."

-- Anna Marie Bangs
Author, The Spider in My Sink

"Debra's Journal to the Self group opened my eyes to a whole world of journaling ideas. She presented techniques that stimulated creativity, caused me to reflect on my life and my personality, and had me look honestly and creatively at both my past and future."

-- Robin Rieck, Ph.D
